How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You will receive your proof within 2 weeks and orders will be ready 6 - 8 weeks after that.
 
 
What if I need my stationery quicker than that?
Depending on the size of your order, we will do our very best to meet any deadlines you have.  There will be a small additional charge.  We will, of course tell you if we are in a position to meet your deadline before you decide whether or not to place your order.
 
 
 
How much is the P&P?
P&P is £10 per order and parcels are sent via recorded delivery.
 
 
 
What is the minimum amount I can order?
There is no minimum amount, so you can order exactly the amount you want without having any waste.
 
 
Can I order a sample?
Yes of course.  However, please note that samples can only be provided in white/silver or gold/cream.  Samples are free, but we do ask that you only order a maximum of two samples.  Please use the 'contact us' link to order a sample and leave your address.  Of course, you will see your completed design and additional colours when you receive your proof.
